Manufacturing plays a vital role in the creation of jobs, wealth and improving the living standards of society. India aspires to increase the contribution of the manufacturing industry to its GDP from 17 percent to 25 percent and create 100 million jobs in the next ten years. The new technologies like Sensors, Internet of Thing (IoT), 3D Printing, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data are significantly changing the manufacturing landscape.
The program prepares participants to become innovative future leaders in advanced manufacturing. The combination of European and Indian expert faculty and mentors will make participants in just 12 months fully prepared to be both an effective and innovative leader in advanced manufacturing.
QLeap Academy conducts maturity assessments in partnership with Fraunhofer IWU based on the framework, tools and practices developed by Fraunhofer to assess an organization’s key competencies in the areas of Industry 4.0. The assessment model includes core and sub-dimensions of Industry 4.0 readiness in the entire value chain of manufacturing.
The maturity assessment provides a measure of the current maturity level of an organization to clearly identify strengths and improvement areas, and accordingly prioritize what to do in order to reach higher maturity levels. This is an ideal way to understand organizational readiness and future aspirations to leverage potential of Industry 4.0.
